INTERNATIONAL USE. Information that is submitted to LT WealthBuilders’s Web Sites will be collected, processed, stored, disclosed, and disposed of in accordance with applicable U.S. law. If you are a nonU.S. user, you agree and acknowledge that we may collect and use your personal data and disclose it outside your resident jurisdiction, as discussed in “Whom We Share It With” above. In addition, such information may be stored on servers located outside your resident jurisdiction. U.S. law may not provide the degree of protection for information that is available in other countries. By providing us with your information, you acknowledge that you have read this Policy, understand it, agree to its terms, and consent to the transfer of such Information outside your resident jurisdiction. FUTURE DEVELOPMENTS. From time to time, we may use customer information for new, unanticipated uses not previously disclosed in our privacy notice. If our information practices change at some time in the future, we will post the policy changes to our Web site to notify you of these changes and provide you with the ability to opt-out of these new uses. If you are concerned about how your information is used, you should check back at our Web site periodically. We will only use data collected after a policy has changed for new purposes.

DATA INTEGRITY. Personally-identifiable information will be kept in active files or systems as long as needed to meet the purposes for which it was collected or as required to perform the contractual relationship with the Distributor and his/her up-line, and the commercial relationship with the Customer.

LT WealthBuilders will make reasonable efforts to ensure that the information is accurate and complete.

COOKIES: If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address, and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.

If you visit our login page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.

When you log in, we will also set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year. RETURN POLICY. The Wealth Building Academy is an online digital subscription service that is non-refundable. The subscription can be canceled prior to 72 hours of your billing date and will apply to the following billing cycle. Cancellation of the subscription will stop all future payments but will not entitle you to refunds on previous periods.
